Refund Policy
Our official refund and return policy for all our products is as follows:

Standard Refund Window: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase for all products. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Recurring Billing Products: You may cancel a subscription at any time to stop future charges. Refund requests for recurring products must be made within 14 days of the most recent charge, and only the most recent payment is eligible for a refund.

Cancellations vs. Refunds: Please note that a cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund for past payments.

Usage Rights & Intellectual Property: Upon the issuance of a refund, all licenses for the product (Assets) and underlying content are immediately revoked. You are no longer authorized to use, exploit, or distribute the product in any form. Continued use of materials following a refund is a violation of our Intellectual Property terms and applicable law.
- If customers request a cancellation for their recurring billing product no future rebills will be charged to their account. Keep in mind, a cancellation will not generate a refund – it will only stop any future rebills.
- When a customer reaches us by support ticket or email, our first response will be to offer technical support for the product. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control in which case a cancellation or a refund may be processed.
- Please Note: Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase or to customers of Business Builders Connection Marketplace Account. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.
- Customers requesting serial or repeated returns will be blocked from making further purchases. Customers that violate the terms of use of the product may have their right of return revoked.
- Customers requesting a return within 14 days of purchase must be approved by our customer service team if the customer provides evidence that their case merits a return.
- Support Extension for one-time users: If you purchased our product for a one-time fee, as per our Terms of Services, we only offer 12 months of support and updates. Any purchases of additional support or support extension or upgrades are non-refundable.
- Refund Processing Time: Please note that refunds will take 7-10 business days to be processed and show up in your account. They are usually processed on the same day as approved but can take up to 7-10 business days. Business Builders Connection is not responsible for any delay by your bank or credit card agency in the deposit or returns to your account.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided
There is no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations including, but not limited to, the following:

Change of Mind: You have changed your mind about a product or decided it is no longer needed.

Purchase Error: You bought a product by mistake or accidentally purchased the wrong version.

Technical Expertise: You do not have sufficient technical expertise or the required software/hardware to use the product as described.

Goodwill Requests: You are asking for a refund as a gesture of goodwill or outside of the stated 14-day window.

Personal Emergencies: You are experiencing a personal or financial emergency.

Third-Party Conflicts: You are experiencing issues with third-party plugins, hosting providers, or software not explicitly listed as compatible.

Refusal to Cooperate: You refuse to provide our support team with the necessary information (e.g., screenshots or access) to troubleshoot a reported technical issue.

Product “Flavor”: You do not like the specific style, aesthetic, or creative direction of the digital asset, provided the asset matches the preview and description.
Please Note: Please do not reach out to the payment processor for a refund. That will only delay the refund.
